Job Description:
Position Overview: Clotho Studio is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Communications Intern. We are looking for someone passionate about sustainable fashion and eager to make a real impact through innovative marketing and communication strategies. Working closely with our core team, you'll have the chance to dive into various aspects of marketing, from influencer collaborations to content creation, all while promoting the values of sustainability and ethical fashion.
Responsibilities and Opportunities:

Brand Visibility Enhancement: Play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to elevate Clotho Studio's brand presence across various platforms.

Influencer and Brand Collaborations: Engage with influencers and potential brand partners, fostering collaborations that align with our sustainable ethos.

Content Creation:Craft compelling content for our digital platforms, including social media platforms like Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and our website, that resonates with our audience and promotes our mission.

Email Marketing: Support our email marketing campaigns, tracking their success and optimizing for better engagement.

Market Research: Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for growth and engagement within the sustainable fashion space.
- Community Engagement: Assist in organizing events or campaigns that bring our community together and promote the values of slow fashion.
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Fashion Marketing, Communications, Sustainability Studies, or related fields.

A passion for sustainability, ethical fashion, and making a positive impact.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.

Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Project management platforms like Notion/Asana, Social media management platforms like Hootsuite/ Later/ Sprout Social and a keen interest in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Job Description:
Position Overview: Clotho Studio is seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Operations Intern. This role is crucial for someone with a keen interest in the operational aspects of e-commerce, particularly within the sustainable fashion sector. Working closely with our operations team, you'll gain invaluable experience in Shopify store management, inventory control, and the overall enhancement of our online retail presence, all while supporting our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Shopify Store Management: Oversee daily operations of our Shopify platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient online shopping experience for our customers.
- Inventory Control: Work in tandem with our core team to manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability and timely restocking.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in streamlining the order fulfillment process, from order receipt to shipping, focusing on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Support in addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges. Implementing process improvements in customer value transfer.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within our e-commerce operations to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics, contributing to data-driven strategies for growth and improvement.
- Support with event bookings and traveling cross Canada for Pop Ups and Retail events.
What You'll Bring:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Fashion, Business Administration, E-commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
